Christmas 2008 in a nutshell

Making Heather (my incredibly talented Martha Stewart watch out friend) proud. Mom taught me how to make honey whole wheat bread. We got it right on the second batch. Now I just need a mixer here. Look at those golden brown mouthfuls of healthy whole wheat. (We even ground our own wheat!)
Father-approved.
Hosie cow-approved.
Dad in his fireman garb getting ready to deliver sub for santa gifts. He's always serving:) Did you catch the poster of Captain Moroni in the background?
Opening gifts with cousins at Aunt Gloria and Uncle Ben's. A family tradition.

Family picture. Do you notice my brother "Trendy Trav," as his girlfriend called him over the break, and I loved the nickname.

Highlight: Getting to hear from cousin Brit who is serving a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in England.

This is a sideways view of my mother doing her shoulder stretches while she was away from her physical therapy appointments. Way to be a star patient, Mom!
Another highlight: Cleaning my aunt's hot tub. We laughed so hard and got a lot done in a little amount of time.Sledding with Jason's brother and our nephews...

...and cousins. What a patient sister she is after her brother would jump on her and pound her with a snowball every five minutes.Cute girls...don't you love my cousin-in-law's pink hat. I had to take a photo.
Jason having the time of his life on a pretty steep hill.

Other highlights: Jason going skiing with a couple of my cousins, going to the Ogden temple (I miss that place), watching Court Jester -- such a funny CLEAN movie, Jason losing his luggage right when we get home but getting it the next day at 4:55 pm.

Ashlee, I love you. I have always thought you were so funny and I am so glad that I can read your blog now! You should post some pictures of Trendy Travis and his girl. We never see him anymore.
P.S. Your parents kitchen is super cute.
