March wind coming in like a lion, and hopefully going out like a little lamb

1. Jason and I celebrated our 2 year wedding anniversary on March 10! Wahooooooooo!

2. Jason and I completed our 6 week STRENGTHENING MARRIAGE class that our church invited us to attend. (It's not for marriages in distress, they assured us, just calesthenics for couples -- it was really helpful.) I love our church -- always seeking for the Lord's help to strengthen families! I couldn't attend the last session (refer to #6) but Jason did, so I figure that means we both graduated.
3. I completed my 5 week beginning sewing course. (Boy do I have a new appreciation for sewers. It's hard work. I don't like: basting or cutting out patterns. Isn't there a more efficient way to do those things?)

4. I sewed my first project by myself in 2.5 evenings and I've now been using it for 6 days. (It's a purse. With leopard skin print. I tell you, I'm contemporary.)

6. I've been sick with strep throat for 4 days, have been taking medication for 3 days, and the doctor told me I could kiss my husband after 2 days of being on antibiotics.

Good thing you posted! I thought you fell off the face of the earth. Awesome bag! Sounds like you are staying busy. So are we! If you haven't heard, we are expecting our second baby in September. Stephen and I also celebrated our 2nd wedding anniversary on the 23rd. My how time flies. It seems just like yesterday that we were roommates!

I had strep last year a couple weeks before thanksgiving, it was terrible. I got a shot o' penicillin in my right buttock and then I decided to get a flu shot i my left arm. I could not sleep that night because if i slept on my right side, my penicillin shot would hurt. And on my left side the flu shot would hurt. The moral of this story is never get more than one thing injected into your body at a time.

I found you, Hermana!! You have a great blog and don't worry about having any kids to "keep it interesting". I'll be glad to be able to see what you're up to on a regular basis. If you check mine be sure to leave a comment so I know you're still out there.:)

I'm sure you've recovered from strep by now, which is a good thing. I've had it before too and it's the WORST. Congrats on being married for two years. Time flies when you're having fun, huh?
