SOLUTION
A pedorthist, a 1/2" heel lift for left foot, orthotics to give arch support, aetrex brand shoes, 2 ladies from the church who recommended The Walking Company, new orthotics, and the internet...and now my knees don't hurt after a day of walking, my back feels better, and the balls of my feet don't get bruised after exercising (not a regular activity for me, un
fortunately.)
So to sum it all up, Aetrex brand is changing my life and pedorthists really can help and now I can buy orthotics for cheaper online as well as 1/2" heel lifts. Just wanted to share if anyone else is having the same foot problems as me.

Ash, I have no idea what any of that meant in your post but I am really glad that you found a solution to your foot problem which I know has been an affliction for a long time. And p.s. great foot modeling. Perhaps you should ask this company if they need a model.
Man, that sounds like a lot of garbage you've had to go through to get to a solution. I'm so glad you've got comfy shoes, etc. now. I know I take it all for granted.
I saw your bread baking post from a while back. It seems like everyone is making bread and just today I took my grandma's to-die-for wheat bread recipe out - for my first solo attempt. It'll probably sit out for a while before I get up the courage to try. It's been years since I've made it with my mom. Anyway, I just thought it was cool that you're a bread baker. Keep it up!
Ash! This made me chuckle so much. I remember something about going shoe shopping for you in college and you saying your feet were like 2-by-4s! I'm so glad you've found some shoes that work for you and they are CUTE too. Love them!
