Lily is teaching us how to make small talk. Here's a sample of a conversation tonight at Burger King:
Lily: Hi.
6-year-old Stranger: Hi.
Lily: Ice cream.
6yro Stranger: Ice cream. You had ice cream.
Lily: Cars fast. Hit you.
6yro Stranger: (I'm not sure what he said back to her).
Lily: Ba bye.
6yro Stranger: Bye. See you another time.
Lily: 'Nother time.
I know you've all been dying to see what my hair looks like since we've moved out here. Just kidding. This one is mostly for my mom. I went to a curly hair salon where they gave me tips on how to enhance my natural curl. It's been a fun change, and this picture makes me realize I really need to wash our bathroom's mirror.
Loved this picture of Grace. We've decided her eyes are mostly gray as of right now. Who knew there were such things as gray eyes? She's also an aspiring cougar.
Lily being her cute little self and reading to her cute little baby.
We're hoping to use this more this summer but it didn't go so well the first round. You can tell Grace is already a little skeptical.
So Jason decided to put Grace in her car seat in the bike trailer and I had Lily ride with me in her bike seat. It worked much better.

Keep it up with the bike trailer. Keep tryin' and they'll most likely like it in there together. Miss you!!
