Pictures, lots and lots of pictures

The girls have really gotten into eating lots of apples this fall.
This is what happens during a nap after church.
Two years ago we went rafting a week or so before Grace was born.  Lily loved it.  We decided to take Grace out of the womb this time.  She hated it.  She is such a wiggle worm and cried almost the whole time.  It is so funny seeing the differences in our children.
She did, however, like hanging out by the side of the lake reading instruction manuals.

Grace has turned into quite the climber and when she goes missing I can almost always count on finding her in one of our bathroom sinks playing in the water or with toothbrushes.

Lily wanted to play in the rain one day and Grace wanted to as well but she wanted to wear her bike helmet to protect her from the rain.
Then Lily wanted a bike helmet and an umbrella.
Lily somehow felt like she hurt her nose and wanted a band aid to help it feel better.  Whatever works, he he he.
 Studying with Jason.
I love doing finger paint outside.  The girls got a little crazy and afterwards I tried spraying them down a bit with water.  They didn't really like it.
I've been doing a preschool group with Grace and they've been so kind to let Lily tag along.  Don't ask me why I am doing a preschool group for Grace and not Lily...but it's once a week and very doable and gets us out of the house.  This was a pinterest idea that Lily loved.  Milking a cow.
 Reading scriptures together.
 Raspberries fit on fingers, too!
The girls climbed up here without Jason realizing it.  Good thing the bikes are pretty secure.
 Goggles!
Where do they come up with these ideas?  I think she was using it as a river.
 Wearing my shoes.
All buckled up.  Don't worry, we use car seats.
 Dancing princesses.
 Grace turned two!
Love this picture of Grace and her "tato heads."
Our friends were having a fall festival at their church so we decided to go and Lily even got to go up and sing with Anna!
Another preschool picture.  They were learning ballet moves.
 Grace was not having it.
But Lily ate it up.  She's a natural:)
Happy Halloween!  Neither of them are set on what they want to be, so I just picked up Goodwill deals.  Lily was the cutest angel ever and Grace was my favorite pumpkin.  So darling.
Playing twister at our church Halloween party.
Lily got into a Minnie Mouse hair bow kick and kept asking me for rubber bows?  I drummed these up and was pretty proud of myself.  It was a hit for about an hour.
Lily loves wearing Jason's hat whenever she finds it.
She likes playing "jack in the box."
Lily putting her barbies to sleep.
There was a beautiful day in the middle of some really cold days and a friend of mine had the idea to go to the beach and explore and it was so fun.
 Sisters.
 Picnic by the beach.
Lily made this dragon fly out of play doh all by herself.
Can you tell I am proud?  I was so impressed.
Grace loves playing a mommy to dolls, stuffed animals, etc.  I love it.
Lily made these plastic bag clothes.  They ran and ran around the house in them and cracked Jason and me up.
We had our first snow fall which is pretty early for us.  It was freezing but the girls wanted to stay out, despite Jason asking over and over if they were ready to go inside.  They are die hards.
Grace even wanted to bring the snow inside with her.
We made our first turkey as a married couple, with the help of Lily.  And my dad.  He was on call to answer all my questions.  Thanks, Dad!
It turned out alright, although I've decided I'm not a huge fan of turkeys.  I like the leftovers for sandwiches, though.
We had Jason's second cousins Evan and Karin over.  It was so nice to celebrate with friends/family.
Lily snuggled up to Evan to watch him play some random game on his phone.  We were all cracking up over it.
And we put up our Christmas tree!  We're thinking we need to upgrade to a fuller one.
