Easter and Gardening

Jason and I had some friends over for Easter dinner last Sunday. The little boy was a bit restless until Jason took him out to blow bubbles.

Spring is here. I love the colors and the DAFFODILS. My nose and throat sure haven't liked them, though. Despite getting allergy shots and taking medication my nose is still stuffed up.
It's that time of year again...GARDENING SEASON! I think I get some serious endorphins when I garden. I'm still on a high from yesterday. This year I'm only doing one plot. This was my before picture.
And this was my after. I put manure in it and dug out rocks. I planted lettuce and chard and a kind lady gave me some broccoli and carrot starts so we'll see how those do!

I hear ya on the gardening endorphines. We just bought seeds today and I can't wait to get planting. Love, love, love it!

I love to be outside. I would rather do outside work than inside work. I hear chard is beautiful.
